After the completion of service delivery or upon a customer's request for data deletion, the data will be promptly reviewed for deletion.

5.4 Retention Period for Different Data Types Email addresses, names, and food menu selections will be retained for a maximum period of 36 months after the completion of the service, unless otherwise required by law or for legal purposes.
